Arne Jacobsen was born in 1902 and died in Denmark in 1971. He was already designing as a child, so he grew up in a colored and decorated house, and it was Arne who dyed the brightly colored wallpaper of his bedroom white. Here he showed (in retrospect) that he had insight and talent, but especially preference for cabaret art. In terms of study, Jacobsen did architecture at the (Royal) Art Academy in Copenhagen.

Fritz Hansen became known for the many assignments spread around the world.
